Summary
This position is responsible for
developing and monitoring the Case Plans of individuals in the Workforce
Reintegration Program. The incumbent duties require close coordination,
collaboration, tracking and monitoring of participants to ensure compliance
with their service plans. Responsibilities also include working closely with
partner agencies to ensure program participants are engaged and supported in
services that include employment/training, educational attainment, and other
supportive services.

This position performs full executive confidential functions as the administrative assistant to the Superintendent. This position is also responsible for communication duties including attending meetings, taking and transcribing minutes and attending evening and community functions.
Applicant must demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy along with a willingness to learn in a dynamic team-oriented environment. Duties are diverse and include customer service, data entry and administrative support. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and basic Internet skills (for research purposes) and the ability to learn recording software.
Preferred shifts would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30-4:30.

Chester County Women’s Services is partnering with the CYWA to offer a FREE Dad’s & Dinner night on Monday, May 10th at 6pm. Dads will learn valuable parenting skills and hear from other dads, while earning free supplies for their little ones for attending.
