In collaboration with OIC of America through the U.S. Department of Labor, Chester County OIC offers services catered to young adults between the ages of 18 to 24 who have been involved in the juvenile or adult justice system and reside in designated high-poverty, high-crime communities in Chester County.
The Workforce Reintegration Program uses a holistic, supported employment approach in working to help individuals overcome the multiple barriers that prevent them from finding and maintaining self-sustaining employment.
