This position performs full executive confidential functions as the administrative assistant to the Superintendent. This position is also responsible for communication duties including attending meetings, taking and transcribing minutes and attending evening and community functions.

Summary
Applicant must demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy along with a willingness to learn in a dynamic team-oriented environment. Duties are diverse and include customer service, data entry and administrative support. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and basic Internet skills (for research purposes) and the ability to learn recording software.
Preferred shifts would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30-4:30.

Groups are held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday evening of the month from 7-8 PM.
Registration is required and will close 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 2 hours before the program starts. Make sure to check the email address you registered with to receive the link. You do not need a Zoom account to attend the virtual program.

Dads will learn valuable parenting skills and hear from other dads, while earning free supplies for their little ones for attending.
