Chester County OIC is the contracted Site Administration. Jacqueline Painter is the Center Administrator and Test Proctor. For further information please call CCOIC at the main number, 610-692-2344 and press “0” for the receptionist.

To reach the Testing Center, please call the PA-CareerLink-Chester County at 610-280-1010 and leave a message for the Test Center Administrator.

All test takers need to register on www.myged.com. Scheduled test takers need to arrive no later than 15 minutes before their scheduled test time to go through admittance process.

From the west:
US 30 East toward Exton to the Lancaster Av exit.
Turn left onto Quarry Rd and make the next right onto Lancaster Av (Bus. 30E).
Turn right onto Oaklands Blvd
Turn left onto Thomas Jones Way

From the east:
US 30 West toward Downingtown/Coatesville to the Lancaster Av (Bus 30 E exit)
Turn right onto Lancaster Av going East.
Turn right onto Oaklands Blvd
